On Track Team
Well it's friday.. you all started out strong than I lost you.. come on gang.. stay with me now.. we all need to stay on track and get to our goals.
Vitamins- taking them now
Water- drinking it now
Food-
B- protein drink
S- protein bar
L- left over crusted almond pork chop.. so good
S- protein balls.
D- beef and brocolli and bbq pork with rice.. chinese night.. lol...
S- ice cream
Exercise.. none.. doc says avoid any leg stuff right now since I am dragging my foot. =-(
Goal- to not go batty from all the kids being home for the day. My kids have year round school so they still go to school during the summer... =-).
