On Track Team
Thursday is my friday.. whoo hoo.. I love it. well after my little stuck moment yesterday i didnt get in all I should have... but I am back on track today. So lets et it started.. i am happy to see you all getting on board with me.. it is one day at a time and you are doing great.. keep up the good work..

Water- working on it
Food
B- protein shake
S- protein bar
L- melon melody and a piece of chicken
S- protein balls
D- baked ziti without the pasta... i always take the meat out for me before I mix it together
S- ice cream
Exercise- still havent gone.. having some problems with my leg so i will see the doc today to find out what it is.
Goal- take my time when i am eating....remembering the rules sometimes gets tough.. Old habits want to sneakk in..
