Wow what a bad day for me yesterday.. I was a nibble monster.. at least it was good things I nibbled on... I was having a fruit day.. I just wanted fruit for some reason. I ate and extra 10 grapes and a plum. wow.. than I went home last night and made strawberry triffles and ambrosa. After that I made sf brownies with sf ice cream on top and whip cream and drizzled with sf hot fudge.. than you put it in the freezer and serve it on another day.... so my desserts are made for the week for the family.. No I didnt eat any of that.. i just made it all.. keeps me busy and out of trouble to cook. the kids of course thought I was crazy as pans were flying throughout the kitchen for a couple of hours and they kept saying.. is thats whats for dinner... lol.. no.. its dessert for tommorrow and the next day and the next day I would tell them..lol... well at least I had fun and i stuck to munching fruit.. so not to bad. I have to much energy right now and so busy at work I havent made it to the gym this week.. its killing me.. gonna try and go today just to get some of this zoom zoom out....lol.. So here is my plan for the day, vitamins- done Water- done Food B- protein shake S- protein bar L- south beach entre for lunch today S- protein balls D- almond porkchops with squash and au gratin potatoes.. strawberry triffles... hmmm....lol... S- ice cream.. wont eat the triffle.. it has regular cake in it.. the rest is sf but I should of made the cake sf so I could have it.. oh well.. i get ice cream... hehehehehe Exercise.. I am going to the gym... yes I am... Goal... no munching.. no.. i said no.. but fruit is so good in the summer... since wls I sure have a yen for things I never had before.. fresh veggies, fruit.. use to be chips, dip, lol.... thats a good thing.. ok all lets all stay on track today.. keep the munchie monster away.

I had some baby carrots left over from dinner the night before, while I was cleaning the kitchen, it was kinda funny to me, but two years ago i would never have thought to eat carrots for breakfast. strange how much we change. but I knew that I needed to get some more veggies in, and breakfast was just a good time. they were there, about to go to waste, and instead I did the mom thing and eat the last 5 baby carrots. THAT was one of my downfalls before wls, finishing that last bite off the kids plates. just one last tater tot. just one last broccoli floret. I am much better now about just scraping the plate and washing everything down the disposal. I was doing fruit last week. I bought four different fruits... watermellon / cantelope / honeydew / strawberries / bananas I am not sure what this week's about, I went shopping last night and didn't get anything unusual. a squash and grilled cheese fixings (hmm lots a carbs) peas and french fries (hmm lots more carbs) already working on a whole chicken (ate on it for two nights, today is Chicken and dumplins (boil that carcass all day) definitely more carbs. okay, so the fruit monster has left and the comfort food monster is here, AF must be just around the corner today or tomorrow. after the cupcakes and the coconut cake this last week, and Norwegian Heart Shaped Pannekakke on Monday, we are eating applesauce and peaches this week. today? what to eat today? got my nuts in. going to make cream of wheat think I will make Pannekakke again. that was really good. vegetable soup for lunch refried beans for dinner (got to get the fridge cleaned out this week I will be working all night again getting ready for my 6 week sabbatical.

I've had the munch monster visiting me today. I finally realise dit's my bodies way of telling me it needs something - ie protein, as I haven't been eating much at all lately, so I had taco spicy chicken for Dinner tonight. I hope that curbs that monster. I've let unhelpful habits creep back in while the monster has been staying so I'll stomp on those tomorrow. So my plan is to be more organised with my meals rather than letting them take care of themselves as this invariably leads to poor choices. At the moment I need protien protein and more protein. I am going to make some protien balls tonight ready for tomorrow so when I need to snack I can snack on those.

WOW...2 days in a row ON TRACK...only the rest of my freakin life to go... Vitamins: Not yet but will do Water: 60 oz down...going for more though Food: B: Protein Smoothie S: 1/2 c cottage cheese / strawberries L: skinless chicken breast / green salad S: South Beach Snack Bar D: 3 oz steak/ 1/2 c rice pilaf/1/2 c corn / 2 glasses of wine Total Cal: 1202...protein 112...fat 31...carbs 80 Exercise: gonna go do an extra day of cardio Goal: To keep it to 2 glasses of wine! LOL
