QOTD

So whats the plans for the weekend all. I know I am busy as usual.. seems so funny to say that now and I am getting use to the idea... I look back a year ago. I was always alone with the kids, things werent going well with Jo.. I would sit all day at the pc and play world of warcraft. I had a pretty sad life if I think of it. Now my life is so totally different. I am up early everyday, out and about getting my stuff done, going to the gym, doing things with the kids and HAVING A LIFE... It's so great.. wow.. I sure love my life now... So this weekend is grandmas weekend. I am making chicken enchiladas for our lunch tommorrow. she has been asking for some. We will ride horses all day on saturday. Saturday night is movie night with the kids, sunday we are working in the backyard. we needed more rocks for our waterfall and swimming. It's a beautiful weekend here in So. cal.

1. how do you make chicken enchiladas i love the idea of them? Here's my weekend in a nutshell: Friday: I'm getting the kids ready for sleep away camp so i'm ironing on labels, packing and fretting, I have to meet my new boss at 11:00 so she can take me for lunch, then i've got manicure and pedicure at 1:00....tonight is my going away party at work (first of three) so we'll party the night away Saturday: the kids have their track picnic at a swim club where i will be the grill mistress then i've got my nieces graduation party (1 of 9 nieces graduating this year) Sunday: we're going to my in laws it's my father in laws birthday and we are celebrating Father's Day with them, then i'm coming home to pack some more and get the kids ready because on Monday my husband and father in law are taking the first load of my daughters "stuff" so they can unpack her and get her settled in which is good because i can work on my son then. Sunday night i've got a graduation bbq (2 of 9) and then i can rest because i work the overnight on Monday BOOHIISSS ANDI

My husband and I are going to VEGAS this weekend! We're leaving early tomorrow morning and will come back late on Wednesday. The kids are staying at home with Grandma and Grandpa so we are getting some good quality alone time! We have a bunch of stuff planned ... going to rent a car for one day and drive out to Hoover Dam. Other than that, we are just going to check out the strip. We have tickets to see Lance Burton too. I just can't wait to get away for a real vacation!!! Deanna

I just got home from a bag party which went well. Tomorrow I am preparing for a school fair on Sunday, which my friend and I have / are organising and dh is running a rock guitar school. Then Sunday is the fair, so i'll be ruinning around like a headless chicken like I have all week just think of all those calories I'll be burning off. All the time I'm rushing around I'm not eating snacks!! Hope you all have a great weekend - wish I was coming with you Deanna. It sounds like you all have fun busy weekends to look forward to. As Carla said, how different are our lives now!
