On Track Team
Well the boy is finally feeling better so I am sending him to school.. I cant take another day so he has to go.. lol... I'm feeling better as well. Maybe it was just the 24 hour thing but I also downed a ton of vitamin C which I think helped.
So how are we doing today.. its friday..
Vitamins- done
Water- been pushing it.. good job on this
Food-
B- Protein drink
S- protein bar
L- chicken with some cheese
S- protein balls
D- carnitas burritos/ rice and beans
S- Ice cream
totals 1340 calories and 125 protein...
Exercise- going to the gym today..yeah.. been a week.. i need to go..
Goal- stay on track.

B--3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk, 6 small strawberries
S after gym--banana with peanut butter
L--1/2 ham and cheese on whole wheat, 15 grapes
S--South Beach high protein cereal bar
D--meatloaf made from ground turkey
S--icecream (eeks!)
Exercise:
Going to the gym this morning for a kick-boxing class! Yippee!!!
Tomorrow I'm leaving for Vegas for 4 nights ... I cannot wait! We've never been there before so we have a lot to see in a few days time. Should be fun though!
