Yep I agree - I wish I was at the maintaining stage too. I know I can do that now, which was worrying before, whether I wouldn't be able to and gain ti all back on, but at least we have proved to ourselves that we CAN maintain, for when we get to goal and need to. Now, just need to get moving down to goal again.

Last 2 weeks: 194-194 this week: 191 I actually saw 189.5 on Sunday!! Didn't last long! Really thought I would start to move more downwards!! But I still am maintaining and not gaining!

Now Karen...I'm not going to be as hard on you as I was Andi, as you ended on a positive note which I'm pleased to see, but my goodness, you LOST 3 POUNDS!!!!!!!! And you will obviously see 189 anyday again too. Hee hee Woohoo for you...........

I'm the same 150 last week and 150 this week BUT!!!!!!! I went down 2!!!!!!!!!! pants sizes and into size small tops

How weird is that!!!!!!!! but hey, it's great anyway, right By the way, have you had your bone scan yet? How did it go?

yea its weird, and I am a normal BMI.... yippy! I did have the bone scan it showed several old fractures but nothing new. I have to go to physical therapy to strengthen my muscles in my back now, but got a weird UTI called strep B the doctor thinks I got the infection from the surgery and it was dormant until now so I cant do PT until I get better . I have to take antibiotics for a week or so and then get re tested to see if the infection is gone. oh well LOL if its not one thing its another...LOL

Yay!!! normal never sounded so good I can't wait til I hit that. Sounds like you are having a rough time - hope it gets sorted out soon. What are the old fractures as a result of? I think last time you mentioned that you had exercised too much???

I have plunged all the way down to 142 and then back up to 147 and back down to 145.5. I have no idea why, I have been dumping more this week, course I have been eating more crap this week as well. but even coffee makes me dump, so I feel a little betrayed at that. I SHOULD be able to drink anything that is not a fruit or dairy and not dump (IMO) if it doesnt have calories, I should be able to have it. This is the Weigh In I had Friday. I've just been so busy I haven't taken the time to post it. I'm really working on NOT weighing everyday. Last Week 199.6 This week 198.6 Down another pound this week. Total Loss - 133.4 as of Friday. Mandy
