This Week ~ 175 - lost the pound I gained last week.
I really need to re-focus and get my act together on this. I've been so busy I've let it all slip. At least I've been maintaining, which I'm pleased about. Any other time in my life and I would have gained a ton of weight!!
So maybe next week you'll see a drop in my numbers (maybe!!)
Hey all.. no weight loss for me this week.. Lost one yesterday and right on the cusp of loosing one but it's not there.. so I am happy with maintaining the 3 pounds I lost last week..

Ok I don't know what is going on but my body is just letting go of weight left and right I lost another 4 pounds this week. Then I went to my Cardioligist and he said my heart was improving and he was so proud of all the weight I have lost. . So I am still moving.... In the gym I am doing about 1 1/2 hours of cardio per day and then weights twice per week. This tool really works and I am here to tell you if you do what you are supose to do it will work for you. I am getting closer to my goal of 195 I can see it now.

Hey don't worry things will get better and look at how far you have come. I had so much weight to lose that I was afraid I wouldn't make it to goal, but now I feel like I can make it. I will be happy at 200 pounds but if I can reach 185 that woould just be the icing on the cake. You will reach your goals too.

it IS NOT the same weight as last week - you have LOST. Don't dispise the small - (you of all should know that!! ) It all adds up in the end. As my mum used to say - take care and count the pennies and the pounds take care of themselves......
