On Track Team
Well I'm still home with the kid and now I dont feel good either. I didnt eat very well yesterday. I think I only got about 800 cals in and I am not in the mood to eat today so I will work on it as best I can.. here is my plan.
Vitamins- done with some extra vitamin c
Water- pushing it as much as I can
Food-
B- protein shake
S- banana with pb
L- chicken with some cheese
S- protein balls
D- chicken parmagean with veggies
S- ice cream
Should be 1350 cals and 135 in protein..
Goal- missed all my snacks ecept the ice cream yesterday and didnt eat much at lunch and dinner.. gonna try and get them in today.
Hi Carla! I sure hope Bob feels better SOON! And I hope you get better soon and don't catch completely what he had. It's no fun being sick!
Food:
B--1 string cheese, 1 small banana with peanut butter
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt
L--1/2 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza
S--Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--chicken and a couple bites of rice, broccoli
S--icecream
Exercise:
I'm taking today off because I have WAY too much to do to get ready for our trip to Vegas this weekend. Things are a *****aotic so I gave up my trip to the gym to help calm things down a bit. Boo hoo!
