Hello one and all! I am now requesting meals that i can make quickly or in a crock pot. Life is just too busy right now and I find myself eating whatever is handy and that's not really healthy, do you have any creative ideas for healthy, quick or crock pot meals that i can use? ANDI

Here's one I've just started trying and it works out good - the chicken gets really tender. Spread out a long roll of foil (you are going to make a sealed parcel) and on it place a drizzle of olive oil. Place in all kinds of roughly chopped veg, what ever you like. I have carrotts, broccoli, bell peppers, new potatoes for the family, and onions, but basicaaly anything you have. Then put 4 chicken breast ontop of the veg, and pour over honey mustard dressing. you dont' need much as the chicken and veg realease a lot of fluid. Add seasoning to taste. I have also done this without the hpney mustard and just used italien dry seaoning which worked out good. Fold the remaining foil over the top and seal together tightly and securley. Place in a medium over and bake for around 1 hour. There you have the detailed version...here is the easy version. Chuck chicken and veg together and seal in a foil packet. Cook for 1 hour ( ha ha). and bob's your uncle, you have any easy meal

I have two crock pot recipes I make that are really easy.. Cheesy chicken and brocolli put chicken breast (4) in crock pot. Pour cream of mushroom large can and small can of cheddar cheese soup over chicken. Season to taste.. i use garlic, salt and pepper in mine. put in a half a bag or 6 cups cut brocolli (i use fresh but u can use frozen). cook on low for 6 to 8 hours til done.. very yummy. I serve biscuits with it for the family and they love it. Carnisata (?) I use a pork roast. cut into large chunks. Place in crock pot. Pour a jar of salsa over it. Seasonings cilantro, garlic, onions, salt and pepper. cook on low for 10 hours until meat falls apart. Make the chucks smaller if you want it to cook faster. If you want to cook it over night and into the next day make the chucks bigger. serve with beans rice and make burritos. Wet burritos jar of red sauce from the store, warm... make burito pour red sauce on it.. put cheese on and microwave for 45 seconds. sour cream and gacamole.. yummy. that is dinner tommorrow night by the way..

First of all, go get some of those crockpot liners ... they are AWESOME! Here's a really, really easy one that tastes so yummy! *********************** Creamy Porkchops (Crockpot) * however many boneless porkchops you need * 1-2 small cans Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup Salt and pepper porkchops and place in crock pot. Pour soup (undiluted) over porkchops and cook on low for 8 hours. Yummo! *********************** Easy Pot Roast with Gravy * roast * 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup * 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix * 1-2 envelopes Brown Gravy Mix * potatoes or veggies if you desire Season roast with salt and pepper and place in crock pot. Place potatoes or other veggies into crockpot. In a separate bowl, combine soups and gravy mix and add a bit of water. Pour over roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Deanna
