Hump day all.. so here we go...
Vitamins- done
Water- doing good in this area.
Food-
B- protein shake
S- banana and pb
L- chicken with some cheese I guess
S- protein balls
D- roast beef and veggies
S- ice cream
totals 1345 cals and 135 protein... this seems to be working good for me.. my weight is not bouncing at all and I havent been to the gym since friday.
Exercise- bob is STILL sick.. he wont eat... not even ICE CREAM.. which I have never seen him turn that down. got a call into the doc.. see what else we can do for him.
Goal- do some exercises at home since I cant go to the gym.
