On Track Team
Hey guys.. gotta a busy day.. gonna run out to LA to teach a class.. bob is still sick so Jo has to stay with him today. Should be loads of fun...lol.. she doesnt do to well with him as a whole, but she is learning.
So lets get on track
Vitamins- still need to take them.
Water- taking some with me.. and will push them today..
Food
B- protein shake
S- protein bar
L- lunchmeat chicken and beef
S- protein balls
D- baked ziti with out the pasta... yummy.. the family loves it..
S- ice cream
total calories 1324, fat 54. carbs 73.. and protein 136
Exercise. will do it at home.. with bob sick cant go to the gym.
Goal- to stay on track.
Today is my birthday and my husband gave me 3 small size dinner plates. Hmmmm? He is sooooo romantic! Ha, ha!

B--leftover piece of crustless quiche
S after gym--banana with peanut butter
L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, grapes
S--south beach high protein cereal bar
D--going out to eat for my b-day. I kind of want to go to this place that has really good slices of thin crust pizza. Will also have a small piece of birthday cake. Yum!
Exercise:
Going to the gym to TAN! Can't wait! Then I will do the elliptical for 40 minutes and run for 1 mile.

Exercise: Yes, training again today.
Goal: Stay under 1200 calories...which I did last night by passing up the ice cream and having sugar free jello with slices of banana & berries...truthfully the ice cream would of tasted better but I survived.
