Bob is not feeling well and its hard for him to tell me whats wrong.. he is never sick. he slept the entire day away yesterday and is still asleep right now.. thats unusual for a kid that gets up every morning at that crack of dawn. I will be taking him to the doc to see whats up with him. I think he is contipated as that is a problem he has had forever. He wouldnt eat all day yesterday (and eating his his favorite thing) and said his tummy hurts.. I gave him stuff but it may not be enough... Just gonna make sure there is nothing else wrong with him. I'll see you all around....
My weekend was okay. My husband ended up getting the big screen TV so we spent the weekend looking for a piece of furniture to house the components. Then yesterday he had to set it up so that took about all day! Funny how that works out! My eating was okay over the weekend but I was PMSing so I stuffed my face with way too many things I shouldn't have. Today is a new day!
Food:
B--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk

L--no idea, my Dad is taking me out to lunch
S--not sure

Exercise:
Kick-boxing class at the gym this morning! I'm planning on taking the night off from the gym ... I have cramps, yuck! But I don't want to miss my kick-boxing class this morning!
Deanna
Vitamins: Nope forgot them at home...
Water: Work in progress
Food:
B: 1/2 a yogurt with granola
S: none
L: chicken enchilada
S: homemade turkey roll up...these have been my lifesaver re: snacks. I just get a very low fat/low carb bread substiute tortilla and fill it with ff turkey, honey dijon mustard, a piece of 2% cheese and some red/yellow peppers...it's great. Lots of protein and about 100 calories.
D: Probably a salad with either chicken or turkey.
Exercise: Yes later today.
Goal: Stay within 1200 calories...Were very bad this weekend...had ice cream, had rolled tacos, had too much wine.
He has the flu and I just have to let him ride it out.. lots of tylenol and motrin for the fever... the other kids are getting sick too... i figure I am gonna have a house full of sick ones soon at this rate.. grrr....
I did that to get my protein higher.. The concern is the execise might be hurting my muscles so I was looking and protien is the best thing to combate that. I need to keep my protein up to at least a hundred so I figure this way my ice cream doesnt make me feel guilty cause I am getting something good from it.. It doesnt taste bad.. I like chocolate ice cream the best and my protein is chocolate to.. so its a double whammy...lol...
