On Track Team
Well it's Friday and its time to party... It's beautiful out here in Cali but not as warm as I would expect, but its all good. Lets stay on track and enjoy our weekend.
Vitamins- taking them now.
Water- working on it.. been doing better lately
Food
B- protein shake
S- banana and pb
L- chicken with some cheese
S- 2 protein balls
D-not sure gotta go to the store but more than likely chicken.. its the family staple around here...
S- ice cream with half a scoop of protein
Calories 1345 protein 125
Exercise- going to the gym today to do an hour with my trainer and will do 40 on the elliptical as well...
Estimated calories burned 1000.
Goal- to get it all in today. when I am off work my routine gets a little hectic and I forget sometimes to eat.
