Oops....too much celebrating my surgiversary has done that. Oh well, it was worth it. I still love food, but at least now I know my limits and dont go too far over them. Before WLS I would have gained 10lbs celebrating!!!

I increased my calories and lost weight.. actually I increased my protein the most.. I am doing up at about 130 in protein each day and it seems to be making my body happy. Go figure..

Sometimes eating is a good thing.. i spread them out to lots of many meals throughout the day. I like it although I feel like I am eating all the time now..
4 more pounds to my new goal of 125.
