Well one more day til friday. How are we all doing.. so I bumped my calories up and I lost weight go figure.. guess there is some truth to starving the body... V- done Water- working on it Food B- protein shake S- banana with pb L- south beach entree S- protein balls (2) D- chicken with yams and peas.. yummy S- ice cream with .5 scoops of protein in it. Totals 1298 cals.... 43 fat...94 carbs... 135 protein Exercise- planing on a step class and maybe try the kick boxing class again... Total calories burned 800. Gaol... to stay on plan it seems to be working.. have a good one all

Go Carla!!! I went and got my new Drivers License today and it felt GREAT to tell them to change my weight way lower! And my picture looks awesome! I can't quit staring at it ... it looks soooooo different from my old one! Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 english muffin, 6 strawberries S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with low fat granola L--creamed chicken, 1/2 english muffin S--South Beach high protein cereal bar D--bacon wrapped chicken (I have a leftover chicken breast and the rest of the family is having Manwiches ... yuck!) S--South Beach cookies and sugar free pudding Calories: 1097 (Hmmm, I'm gonna need to add something in there somewhere!) Exercise: I'm taking today OFF! I was sooooo burnt out in my Spin class last night and I think I was just plain physically exhausted. So I'm taking today off and will go back only once tomorrow. I'm also going to try to run out to the local high school on Sunday morning and back and see how that goes. Deanna

Yeah. thats like me planning out my day.. i keep adding things til I get to the calories I want.. that is sad.. OMG.. dont remind me.. i need to change mine too.. it is so bad.. Every time I have to show it the people do a double take. Way to funny. My boss says I need to update my name tag at work too.. not that I ever wear it but occassionally I have to show it for something.. he just laughed the other day when i pulled it out.. guess I will set up a plan to do that soon..lol

Vitamins: Did it for the first time in a week...what's wrong with me? Water: YES, YES, YES...thank goodness for Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus...LOVE IT! Food: B: Protein shake S: none - trying to cut out the snacks L: 1 cup homemade turkey chili..couple slices of roast beef S: South Beach cereal bar - only cause I'm going to work out soon D: Will be a salad with lots of veggies and protein. LNS: NO Exercise: Yes, going soon...gonna run again...hate it the whole time but it burns the calories! Goal: To consume less calories...I have the exact opposite problem you guys do...I think I eat too much...I need to go back down to 1200 instead of the 1600 I've been eating to get this last little bit off.
