On Track Team
Well it's hump day and we are half way to the weekend.. been feeling kind of strange the last two days.. like I have lost my balance. Dont know why.. its not really bad just a little bothersome. I think its just a thing and I will get over it.. anyone else ever have that happen...
Well gonna work on increasing my calories today so lets see how that goes

S- banana and peanut butter
L- smoothie with 40 grams of protein
S- 2 protein balls
D- pork chops, yams, green beans
S- pretzels
S- ice cream with protein powder in it.
1340 cals and 135 protein. That should get it done.. what you think...
Exercise- step class today and working out with my trainer..
Goal- to get all this food and water in today.. gonna be tough...

Already went to the gym this morning for kick-boxing. Will go back tonight with my husband for a Spin cycling class.

I go twice a day on monday and thrusdays as well. I go for the classes and trainig i love in the morning than the classes with the kids and jo in the evening....It's not at all pathetic.. i am right there with you. I will be going twice this friday.. once for my classes and training than to play racketball with jo.. its all good..

My kick-boxing instructor told me not to eat peanut butter right before or after a workout because it doesn't metabolize very quickly. I don't really know what that means ... I need to research more I guess. Here I had been having a banana with peanut butter after my workouts! Now I don't know if I should do that or not. Who knows!
