Wow Realisation

I just realised today that I can put my elbows and fore-arms together infront of me, whereas I couldn't get them close before. A silly little thing, that means such a lot

Anyone else been having these 'little' moments? We haven't had many wow shares lately.

I love little cool wow moments like that, well last week I had two customers tell me I was petite or small when I explained the different clothes and how they fit me...LOL mind you these people were not overweight....LOL

woohooo i am so proud of you that's so cool! I've had a few wow moments lately, I was able to keep up with a one hour kick boxing class and i love the muscle aches i've got today. Don't get me wrong i had to stop for water breaks but i did it and i really like her class. ANDI

Hey Andi! I'm so glad that you took a kick-boxing class! Aren't they cool? I just love my class ... it's really fun once you learn all the moves and you can bounce around punching and kicking. Pretty cool! Good job! Deanna
