Is there anyone else still working towards onederland that we can cheer on and support? Lorraine and Mandy are there, come on who's next - we want to help you on your way. You can do, I know you can. It's just there waiting for you

That may be me pretty soon!!! I just can't believe I am still at this weight!! It has been since Christmas!!!! 1 pound here...2 pounds there!!! I don't know if its that I don't eat enough or just trying too hard....I get my water in everyday,I eat a small breakfast, and lunch,I snack on 100 calories things morning and afternoon.. I am so disappointed in myself! I know I need to exercise more, thats allot of my problem.. But I just can't believe the weight won't come off!! Then I keep thinking that its not too bad, cause actually I have only 46 more pound to lose, better than before, but I'm just feeling fatter everyday!! Sometimes my clothes feel tight---I don't have the monthly thing going on either....done with that years ago! If I had that guess it would be a good excuse??!! I go to my Dr. the 25th hopefully he can help me!! Do vitamins make you gain weight??? I am looking for all posibilities!!!

heehee no vits do not make you gain weight. food and stress do, dehydration does, actually I am not a big proponent of exercise. I am inconsistent about it and it was definitely not on my to do list. now that I am 'where I want to be' I would say that two things that have sabotaged my efforts were: slider food I can sit at a restaurant and scarf down 16 oz of soup in 1/2 hour which leads me to higher calorie intake. the second is GOODIES.. I can go completely off course with donuts, cookies, cakes, and candies by just having them within arms reach while I am on the computer / watching tv and before I know it, I have consumed the whole whatever container is at hand. bad bad bad choice. now I do not buy them anymore simply to remove temptation. so portion control and quality control and eliminate grazing.

I hadn't thought about onederland being related to losing 100 pounds as well a****ting those 100 pounds weight wise, but that's a great idea. So who wants to join the onederland club? I know I am so close, but not getting there - I've got 9 pounds to go. So come on guys, you know we can do this, whether we are looking to have lost 100 pounds or working to get into the 199 or below mark. Step by step, hand in hand, pound by pound, we can dop this together. Something that Rachel suggested at Christmas was to make an incentive chain, by linking the same amount of paperclips (or something else) that you need to lose to get to onederland together, and hanging it up somewhere prominent. Each time you lose a pound, remove a link. You will visually see yourself getting closer to that goal ************Go maybies go maybies go maybies**********
