Snacking.. no problem with this last night.. was a good girl and stayed away... plus I am eating more often so dont feel the need to raid the kitchen at night.
I've just been looking again at your post...
you know to me that Starbucks isn't looking too bad...190 cals for 19 protein seems a good deal to me, plus Starbucks ALWAYS fills me up so I don't eat for a while after.
Hmmm....there's a Starbcks in the next town to us which I just happen to be going to after work this afternoon - I think I feel a latte calling my name

Already went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical and then I ran for 1/2 a mile at 7 mph (hard!) and then walked 1/2 a mile to cool down. Made sure I burned over 500 calories though!

I made my bacon wrap chicken on sunday.. I see it still tops your list.. Have you tried the cheesy chicken brocolli.. i just love that as well..
large can of mushroom soup
can of cheddar cheese soup
seasoning to taste.
Chicken breast.. how many you need
a half a bag of precut brocolli from the fresh produce section.. never measure.. just dump it in.. I serve it over rice for the family and I put it over califlower for me... just steam it till its soft and cut it up to rice consistency... yummy good..
I usually serve it with home made cheese bisuits as well.. its a cheesy meal.
put in a crockpot for about 6 hours..
quiche is made with eggs right. I cant ever make that for jo.. she cant eat eggs.. i make eggs for me and the kids but only at breakfast and i make her something else.. would love to try it someday.
