Hey all.. monday again. how are u alll doing.. well here it goes...
Vitamins- done
Water- still working on upping this.. gonna try hard today
food
B- protein drink
S- banana
L- chicken with veggies
S=yogurt
D- ckicken again..hehehe

cals 1110 cals and 98 protein..
Exercise- meeting the trainer today. will do elliptical and a step class today. If i get time I will try a pilates class. I like to jump start my metabolism on mondays after a weekend without exercise.
goal- up my water and stay on track.

B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 6 small strawberries
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with sprinkle of low fat granola
S after gym--banana with peanut butter
L--1/2 ham and cheese on whole wheat, grapes, half serving Sun Chips
S--Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--Crustless quiche
S--sugar free pudding

Exercise:
Going to the gym this morning for Kick-boxing. My knees are still very tired from my run on Saturday so I don't want to run or bike today. I think kick-boxing will be better because we do more punching than kicking! I love how my arms are starting to look much more toned from this class!
