Does anyone have a good recipe for fish cakes? I've been loving them lately, but just looked on the packet at the nuticional (sp?) value and although they have tons of protein, they are 200 cals per cake (although I've only been eating one thank goodness not two!!) I was surprised at the amount of cals there, so think if I make them they will be lower calories. Thanks

I use crab or any type fish and eggs with onion and no breading, I like a bit of horseradish sauce in mine and sometimes some lemon, salt pepper and either bake them or cook in a pan with a bit of pam or sunflower oil

what do you use as the binding agent? I enjoy crab/clams/fish with onion, celery, carrots, an egg and usually either flour or Ritz crackers as the binding agent then i "pan fry" them in a hot pan with non-stick cooking spray
