Grrr...I posted this earlier but my computer crashed so I've just seen it didn't save it. Oh well here goes again

Loss - 3 WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cut way back on my portion size and snacking so it's good to see it made a difference. I eat from a small bowl and plate now.

Hey, it's not that bad - only 3 pounds. For a couple of weeks I went up by approx 10!!!! hang in there girlfriend, it will eventually come down again. I did find though that the less I ate the more I gained or didn't lose. I think what works for me is a juggling act. Trying to find the right balance or eating enough but not too much. It is difficult though.
Are you still in contact with your surgeon? Or is there a nutricianist you can go to for advice?
I know life for you is crazy at the moment - are things calming down yet?

I go to the Dr. in Cleveland the 28th of this month and hopefully I get some help!!! I did find that out before,when I ate litlle I didn't lose,then one time I thought I ate way too much and lost a couple pounds!!
Thats funny that you mentioned that you went up 10 pounds. I stepped on the scale over the weekend late at night with all clothes on and about died!! They read 200!!! I haven't seen that weight since last year!! I became quite scared!!!
But by Monday it went down thank God!! darn scales anyway!!!
Things are calming down around here somewhat...trying really hard to get our priorities straight and back on our feet!!!! Thanks so much for your concern!
I am done working next Thursday,have the summer off,this sitting at a desk for 7 1/2 hours in the same room is just killing me!!!

I tell ya Karen, sometimes those numbers on the scale are so unhelpful to my mind!! I've struggled so much with them, even when my clothes are getting looser so I know I'm getting thinner!
How are your clothes? Are you noticing them fitting better?
Yay...good news about the summer break coming up. You'll be able to be generally much more active then and hopefully that will give your body the kick up the **** it needs

Well I went up 2 pounds last week to 133 and than on monday I actually got to 135..yikes...so I got serious about exercise.. went to a smaller plate as well and I am back to 132.. so that is one pound loss from last week.. whee....
