Happy Surgiversary to **ME**
1 year!
1 whole unmidigated year!
what have I learned in that one year?
PEOPLE eat way too freaking much food.
my CLIENTS are way to freaking spoiled
NEWBIES worry way too freaking much about plateaus and stalls.
my KIDS whine way too freaking much.
and I am a person of VALUE.
I have value and I do not appreciate me nearly as much as I should have over the past 41.5 years. today I resolve that not only am I a survivor, but I am a valuable and that I shall not discount myself or my self worth.
If I had known 1/2 of what I know now, a year ago, wow. I would have worried less and lived more. if I had know 1/2 of what I know now 20 years ago, I would have ate less and lived more!
less importantly:
2006 / 03 / 10 - 275.0 lbs BMI - 43.0 - Extremely Obese
2006 / 05 / 31 - 247.5 lbs BMI - 38.8 - Obese
2007 / 05 / 31 - 147.5 lbs BMI - 23.1 - Normal
