On Track Team
Well it**** and miss here on this post.. we get a lot one day than none for a while. I'm still here plugging along trying to make good choices and stay on the path to a healthier me. I know you all are too so join me and make yourself accountable for your actions.
Vitamins- done
Water- need to do better than yesterday.. so I am starting now.
Food-
B- protein shake- 230 cals 35 pro
S- yogurt- 60 cals 5 pro
L- deli meat and cheese- 250 cals and 25 pro
S- apple- 75 cals 2 pro
D- salad with chicken 350 cals 25 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
totals 1165 calories 94 protein
Exercise- 45 minutes elliptical and ab workout today at the gym. tonight I am doing a step class total calories burned 800 cals. that should get it done.
Goal- continue to stay on track with my food and hit the gym. doing a much better job of it this week.
snacking. had a good night.. no snacking.. yeah
Where is everyone? I almost always post under this thread! It helps keep me honest and I like planning the day out. Keeps me on track better that way!

B--1 scrambled egg, 1 orange, Danon Light & Fit yogurt
S after gym--banana with peanut butter
L--1.5 oz. tuna on 1 slice whole wheat bread, 15 grapes, 1/2 serving Sun Chips
S--Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--MexiMelt from Taco Bell, salad with light dressing
S--sugar free pudding and South Beach cookies

Exercise:
Already went to the gym and did my Spin class. It was a great way to vent my frustrations! My husband and I got into yet another argument this morning so I was steaming. Spin class is a great way to blow off that steam!
I don't know what is wrong with me lately. I'm so irritable and cranky and I'm tired of doing EVERYTHING around our house without anyone pitching in to help. I feel like the maid, the cook, the laundrymat, the accountant, etc. I do it all and I'm tired of nothing being done for me. Arg! Hee, hee! Anyway, I boiled over this morning!
