Just wondering!
Looks like everyone does something different.
For me, I used to have a protein shake for breakfast, but wasn't losing and then reliased that it was adding too many calories to my day so dropped it. Now I jus****ch what I eat, without getting too focussed on it.
For what it's worth, I agree with Andi, lets get out there and enjoy life, eat sensibly and the pounds will take care of themselves. Hugs Karen, I know it's hard but try not to worry about it, the weight will shift if you are following the guidelines. You have done the hard part, now enjoy the journey while enjoying life to the best of your ability.
As for your weight not shifting, you could try re-evaluating what you are eating and doing. I realised that I was eating too much so have reduced my portions and it seems to be working - slowly. Take a realistic look at your protien intake, your portion size and fluid intake, exercise, etc, etc, etc, and everthing else you see us all obessing over (!!!!!!!). Be honest with yourself and if you know you are doing all you can, then relax. As I recently read on a post, your body didn't get to the size it did in a short while, it may just take a little longer than you'd like for your body to get to the size you have in mind.
Hugs
I used to drink an 'Achiev one' protein coffee drink every day, but got a little sick of them, so have stopped for awhile. i can't stand the protein shakes, so I stick with getting my protein from foods and milk. I'm under my goal and doing fine maintaining, so all is well. Although I do have days where I can tell I'm sluggish from not getting enough protein - I just have to concentrate on getting it in.
