On Track Team
Hey all. I am glad to see so many posting on the On Track. I notice a lot of u dont figure out the calories or protein intake each day. I know early out I didnt worry about it but now that I can eat more I really have to watch it or I can go way over pretty easily. I have also notice that many of us miss our breakfast meal of the day and just have a liquid. If you think abou tit our metabolism needs that kick off first thing in the morning to get us going. Maybe you could try a protein shake or something really simple that is protein based if you arent much of a breakfast eater. Anyway.. thats my two cents...

I just had to add ... I went to the gym this morning for my kick-boxing class and the manager of the gym approached me and asked how much weight I've lost. He said that my upper body was looking nicely toned and he could tell I've been working out hard. Made me feel good! Then some dumb girl in kickboxing came up to me after class and told me I was doing one of my moves wrong. Who says that? I would never approach a stranger and tell them that! Anyway, she took the wind out of my sails but I decided not to let her bug me ... maybe next time I'll stand behind her and then tell her she's doing all her moves wrong! Hee, hee!
