good girl.. no starbucks for you today. I have read about those things and they are just packed with calories.. My so use to go there and one day i looked up the calories for what she was drinking.. it was 500 calories right off the top and she used low fat everything. needless to say she doesnt drink them anymore. I have never drank coffee and dont understand the attaction.. it smells nasty to me.. I told andi.. give me my warm chocolate protein shake that taste like coco everyday and I am happy. You are doing a great job today with your choices... may wnt to eat a veggie with that.. but great job... what is the calories and protein amounts for this.. do you measure that..

way to go ruthie... I am not seeing a lot of protein here though.. maybe a protein shake with that tea would help.. I've never been a big bread eater so I am lucky in that way.. unless it's donuts..lol.. and I wont touch those.. could you imagine how bad I would dump on that..lol.. I figure you got maybe 40 grams of protein going on there.. the carbs on the other hand are doing fine.. bread and muffins. glad to see you got a veggie going on too.. sometimes i wonder if you eat enough and are in starvation mode and the choices (carbs) r ok except you arent gettting the other stuff in. What do you think.. do you calculate your cals and protein each day. I figure if everyone is gonna get on board with me and get on track I need to be there for you all asking the important accountablity questions.. glad to see you are gonna start exercising again. I have a friend that is 11 months further out than me.. she is 40 pounds from her goal.. every day she exercised but did the exact same thing.. ellipitical for 40 minutes with no resisitance and she didnt push herself. she is going to the gym now and I am pushing her to do more.. she is actually sweating now.. she has lost a lot of inches and has dropped 8 pounds. she hadnt lost anything for 8 months til she started doing that.. exercise could be what you need to kick yourself into loosing.. but dont exepect it to happen immediately.. you may actually gain at first till you body adjust.. good luck on that. again glad to see you on track again.
