I worked most of the weekend but took yesterday off to swim, got more sun than planned but had a great time relaxing by the pool. anyway b= protein bar l=salad and grouper topped with cheese s= green tomatoes...(grilled) and black bean soup d= a few bites of a hamburger patty and some squash

after an unpleasant day yesterday, today I have a new resolve. AGAIN. heehee B: cottage cheese and pineapple, orange juice and vits. coffee and fat free milk L: lentil soup and water Hot tea D: shrimp & Broccoli get my computer files backed up.
