Caterpillars & butterflies

My favorite Quote: "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, she became a beautiful butterfly." (from a post by Karlie) What a great quote...isn't that what we are all becoming - beautiful butterflies. My daughter has just been watching caterpillars turn into butterflies in her classroom. Once they have come out of the cocoon, they have to wait a few days before they can fly to recover from the transformation, and get used to their new bodies. Isn't that just like us - it takes us a while to adjust to our new bodies as butterflies

What a wonderful saying, I am going to post that in my office and bring it to my store and frame it. its funny last night I "shopped" in my store...LOL got all dressed up and went out dancing with my hubby.. I had men hitting on me all night and had a great time, but when I got home I looked in the mirror and did not recognize who I saw... I guess all night I was still the fat girl in my head and when I got home I thought "who is that" wow she is getting pretty.. like a butterfly Thanks Ruth

good for you! I'm so jealous of a husband and wife that go out together and "do" things. My husband and I get no time together what so ever and I am usually with the kids which is really beginning to put a damper on my spirit. I can't talk now i'm off to go see shrek 3, just once i'd like to go to a movie that wasn't made by disney/pixar! andi

Get a sitter, and go out... I remember those days... and my kids are 10 years apart its nice now that my son is almost 15.. but next year when he can drive alone will be better then at least I can leave for a day or two and he can get around... and not have his sister always at him,...LOL... (she is 24 and drives him crazy.. when she is watching him...LOL)
