Nervous energy???

Hi there! Is anyone experiencing having excess amounts of nervous energy? I feel like I'm about to jump right out of my skin half the time! I feel like the Tasmanian Devil zipping all around ... except I feel that way on the inside. It's like my insides are all wired up and about to explode! I've noticed I get a huge exercise high after I run or do a strenuous exercise. And if I don't exercise, I get this weird nervous energy going on. Maybe I'm having exercise withdrawals!!! I am sure there are others, but these are the ones that I know of so far. now to do my own dvd's!
