On Track Team
Well its been a long busy week for me.. I am going to the day spa to do some serious relaxing and pampering. I got this for my birthday and this is the first time I will be able to use it cause of how busy I've been. I know we are all busy now and it's hard to plan out our days but it does help.. so lets give it a try.
Vitamins- done
Water- will bring lots with me to the spa
Food
B- protein shake
S- fruit of some kind.. need to pick up something.. probably a banana
L- chicken breast
D- chicken again with veggies.
S- yogurt
I think I've been eating to much beef so I am trying to do all chicken this week and see how that goes.
Estimate cals 960 protein 99
Exercise- meeting my trainer today.. been really slipping in this area.. need to get back on track again.
Snacking- ate some ice cream last night.. grrr... but I have no more and wont be buying it.. I am also out of pretzels.. gonna buy more fruit and free foods and see if I can make better choices with my snacking items.
Goal- do not buy junk food at the store today. I know I can.. I know I can.. keep saying that Carla.. you can do it.

B--1/2 whole wheat bagel with 1/2 oz. light cream cheese, small orange
S--Danon Light & Fit yogurt with 1/8 c. low fat granola
L--1/2 whole wheat pita with ham and mozarella, fruit
S--Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--leftover half of the Lean Cuisine pizza from last night, salad
S--1/2 whole wheat bagel with 1/2 oz. cream cheese, sugar free pudding

Exercise:
I'm going to swim tonight ... I haven't done that in ages! I promised myself that I would go trail running tomorrow and I plan on doing that. So I'm resting my running legs today in the pool! Think I might hang out in the hot tub for a bit too. Ahhhhh!!!
