woohooo a 1/4 of a pound, i'm the woman HA who's better then me HA? Good night nurse, I too know why i haven't lost anything but i still wanna lose dang nabbit. Might be time to go back to basics...probably not this weekend when i have things lined up back to back to back.
I've got 5 lbs until i reach overweight as opposed to obese and i'd really like to get there for that! Thanks, ANDI
Wow.. this must be a trend.. I have made some bad choices myself and this whole month I have only lost 2 pounds.. It's frustrating. I am use to loosing more than this.. but were I am with weight I guess its ok if I loose this slow.. I just dont like it.. I am going back to the smaller plate too as I changed plates to the bigger one and I have been eating to much at one sitting and getting sick a lot.. I need to get back to basics and no more ice cream..

Well I did and am doing lousy this week!!
I gained 3 pounds!
Knew it was going to happen,stress and bad choices!
The good news is I bought a skirt awhile back (hoping it might fit someday) a size 12 and I put it on this morning and it fit!!!!!
Well I'm at 194 now next goal is get back on track and get into the 180's!!!

Way to go on fitting into that skirt. That's great. Well done. Think of how far you have come this year and how that slirt would never have fitted you a short year ago. Let that give you the encouragement to get back to eating right and making wise choices
