Exercise- hitting the gym tonight for step class and streght training.
Snacks- no snacks last night.. doing good in that area.
Goal- stay on track and make it to the gym.. been busy this week and had my remecade so dont go to gym as much.

1. DO Y'ALL THINK I'M EATING ENOUGH OR TOO LITTLE ?
2. YESTERDAY WAS MY WEIGH IN @ CURVES ,I lost 5 lbs and 9 inches in a month ! I know this isn't "AMAZING" but i'm pretty proud of it.
It's kind of low for as far out as you are. How often are u going to curves and 5 pounds and 9 inches is amazing my friend.. I am so happy for you..
My doc wants me to eat 1000 to 1200 cals a day. that was before I started exercising. How close to goal are you... that dictates a lot of it too.. I think you are doing great. You may want to add something solid to your meals.. I see two protein shakes. they dont stay with you too long.. I drink one a day myself. but you need that proten with as little as you are eating.. maybe add a piece of fruit, yogurt or peanut butter in with the shakes.. that might help. If you are exercising now you have to raise the calories.

had more yoghurt and boy did I regret it for some reason it made me feel really sick. I couldnt' eat it all and had griping pains in my belly. I felt like I neded to but couldn't so just had to wait for it to pass through.
Have no idea why that happened. Won't be having that again for a long while.
You know Jean, I think you could be right.
I started off having this dish with just a light drizzle of honey and it has gradually increased (to my shame) and thinking about it, last night I did pour it on like a storm in india in the rainy season.
Guess I learnt my lesson there then!! Serves me right
