Thrusday and it's my friday.. yeah.. ready for another day to stay on track and reach our goals. Here we go.. lets hold ourselves accountable for our actions. If you are willing to eat it.. put it down.. Vitamins- done Water- gonna get some now. Food B- protein shake 250 cals and 35 pro S- Danon Light yogurt 60 cals 4 pro L- Chicken left overs from last night 250 cals 30 pro S- apple 100 cals 2 pro D- meat and veggie- not real sure on this one but will stay in my plan 300 cals 25 pro S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro 1060 cals 88 pro Exercise- hitting the gym tonight for step class and streght training. Snacks- no snacks last night.. doing good in that area. Goal- stay on track and make it to the gym.. been busy this week and had my remecade so dont go to gym as much.

V:DONE E: YES 1. DO Y'ALL THINK I'M EATING ENOUGH OR TOO LITTLE ? 2. YESTERDAY WAS MY WEIGH IN @ CURVES ,I lost 5 lbs and 9 inches in a month ! I know this isn't "AMAZING" but i'm pretty proud of it.

Yay!! you should be proud. I say if you are losing then you are eating fine - don't worry about it. BTY do you have the recipe for the chicken with pinapple salsa? It sounds yummy

It's kind of low for as far out as you are. How often are u going to curves and 5 pounds and 9 inches is amazing my friend.. I am so happy for you.. My doc wants me to eat 1000 to 1200 cals a day. that was before I started exercising. How close to goal are you... that dictates a lot of it too.. I think you are doing great. You may want to add something solid to your meals.. I see two protein shakes. they dont stay with you too long.. I drink one a day myself. but you need that proten with as little as you are eating.. maybe add a piece of fruit, yogurt or peanut butter in with the shakes.. that might help. If you are exercising now you have to raise the calories. Are you hungry.

Here's how my Thursday has been: Vitamins - done at breakfast Water - ok B - natural greek yoghurt with raspberries and honey L - 2oz tuna S - 100 cal chip pack D - 3oz ground beef with 1oz cheese melted on top Will have some more yoghurt later

Ughhhhhhh had more yoghurt and boy did I regret it for some reason it made me feel really sick. I couldnt' eat it all and had griping pains in my belly. I felt like I neded to but couldn't so just had to wait for it to pass through. Have no idea why that happened. Won't be having that again for a long while.

You know Jean, I think you could be right. I started off having this dish with just a light drizzle of honey and it has gradually increased (to my shame) and thinking about it, last night I did pour it on like a storm in india in the rainy season. Guess I learnt my lesson there then!! Serves me right

Bot do I know what that feels like...LOL I keep trying s/f ice cream but still dump...LOL bu****ermelon does not make me dump, blueberries do..LOL go figure
