Always working on something
Isn't that the truth.. it not like we have a life we have to work at as well.. If I do the fluids I dont have time to eat all the meals..than you cant drink for 30 to an hour after to eat... I figure I would have to spend my entire day looking at a clock and eating and drinking to schedule to get it right.. When you add life into the mix it gets even more complicated.. how do you win.. I tend to drink a ton of water at night... its the only time I can dedicate to it and than I am up all night going potty...lol... go figure.. yes... grrr.. it is frustrating.
I know what you mean,too! I do my vitamins first thing in the morning,always get them done and out of the way.. My fluids...I try to get at least 32 oz done at work.. Protien..thats a hard one! Exercise is the worse one on my list!! I sit all day at work and am so tired (can you believe that?) when I get home that I have no desire to exercise! You would think I would want to run around and everything after sitting all day!!
It is frustrating!!!!!
