Always working on something

I don't think I'm alone here, but I can never get my act together enough to say, yep, got it sorted! If I get all my fluids in, my protein is down, or if I get my exercise going on, something else slips, etc. etc. etc. It's so frustrating...grrrrrrrrrr

Isn't that the truth.. it not like we have a life we have to work at as well.. If I do the fluids I dont have time to eat all the meals..than you cant drink for 30 to an hour after to eat... I figure I would have to spend my entire day looking at a clock and eating and drinking to schedule to get it right.. When you add life into the mix it gets even more complicated.. how do you win.. I tend to drink a ton of water at night... its the only time I can dedicate to it and than I am up all night going potty...lol... go figure.. yes... grrr.. it is frustrating.

no, your not alone getting all my fluid in is a big problem for me...I put a mini fridge in my store to keep water and cheese.. its helping , but I have to always hound myself to sip sip sip...LOL

I know what you mean,too! I do my vitamins first thing in the morning,always get them done and out of the way.. My fluids...I try to get at least 32 oz done at work.. Protien..thats a hard one! Exercise is the worse one on my list!! I sit all day at work and am so tired (can you believe that?) when I get home that I have no desire to exercise! You would think I would want to run around and everything after sitting all day!! It is frustrating!!!!!

you need to buy yourself the flex bands, do them at lunch on your breaks at work or when you get home, I find they energize me. Hugs, ANDI
