My one year rant!
I got so frustrated with those 'peps' months ago. drink a 12 pack of coke a day and wonder why your not loosing as fast. hello? you can not help everyone, sometimes you have to back away and let them fall on their own. just no getting around it.
there are some inalienable rights for people to be complete idiots. ;)
if you are at goal, eat your carbs, if you are not, eat your protein. pretty simple.

btw, I have learned that I can not eat:
asparagus (must be finely chopped)
spaghetti (must be finely chopped)
bagels
rice
