Next Goal?
If you have any, what is your next goal? I always find that I do better when I have a 'mini' goal to work towards - break it down into smaller bite size chunks so to speak. So here are my next mini goals, what are yours:
1. to reach 163 pounds - 1 pound lighter than my husband!! that's 15 pounds to go
2. to reach 154 pounds - normal bmi
Once I get there I'll see what next
I have to keep reiminding myself that I haven't been the weight I am now since I was at high school - that is truely IN-CRE-DI-BLE!!!!!!
I would like to get to 125 for a couple of reasons. first off, i want to see how I would feel at that weight.. I like how i feel right now but think i could do more.. secondly I want to have some wiggle room for what everyone calls bounce back. I dont want to go abover 135 ever again.. preferably lower than that if my body is willing.. guess we will wait and see.. Im at 131 now..
I would like to lose 30 more pounds to put me at 140 and a normal BMI. I don't remember the last time I weighed that. The lowest I remember after 100 pounds was weighing 155 pounds in 7th grade.
The other goal is to gain muscle. I may weigh less than I did in high school but it includes skin, fat and less muscle. No one knew how much I weighed back then because I was very toned. I would like to start running to help with the large lower body muscles. I have always wanted to do it. I downloaded a beginning "couch to 5K" running program that I am starting...TODAY! It's about a two month program to get you to run for 30 min. straight. That's my summer goal. Hopefully, it will aid with both of my goals to lose and to gain muscle.
