It's those damn carbs. I think Aunt Flo put her spell on me, because all I have wanted this week is chocolate. As a matter of fact, at the beginning of the week, I bought 15 lbs. of chocolate truffles. This store was closing them out and they are to die for. 50 cents a box. So how many did I buy? 30 half lb. boxes. What was going though my mind at the time, was that I would give them away and have candy for my son and I could use them for baking. Well. they must have grown legs because more than just a few have crawled through my lips and into my stomach! The sad thing is, is that I can't stop laughing as I am writing this. I think I need some serious help. And then I wonder. how come I haven't lost close to what others have. I guess I only have myself to blame. Paula

At least I know why I haven't lost this week! It's when I've been eating right and don't lose or gain that it gets to me.

Well I did a shake in the morning a shake at lunch and any other time I was hungry. Then I would eat chicken with some veggies for dinner and then for a night snack another shake.
I found a new way to make my shakes also. I take 1 package of Carnation Instant breakfast, i scoop of anywhey protein powder, then I would add some extract, ie orange, mint, raspberry or french vanilla.
