Weekly Weigh In
Well I have been waiting on Ruth to post but I haven't seen anything this morning so I figure I would start it off this friday. I don't like my scale and sometimes I want to through it out of the window. I had my yearly check up this week and I was at 295 my doctors scale is 2 pounds lighter than mine so i was pretty happy with that number. Now this morning at 4:45 am i was at 298 and after they gym I was 295 not sure why the 3 pounds loss but that what it was. So I am going to stick with the 298 and pray the scale will move again one day soon.

Karen! Are you writing down everything you eat, i find i "cheat" alot when i don't write things down, a few carbs here and a few carbs there add up quickly? I am guilty of not exercising enough, eating wrong, not getting in enough fluids and perhaps not taking my supplements on a regular basis then i wonder why the scale isn't moving...uhhh DUH Andi try doing what you're supposed to be doing and it'll move. I don't drink with meals but i also don't wait a half hour after i eat to start sipping. Tell us what change you'll make this week and we'll do the same. ANDI
First of all, let me tell you all that I have been looking at your before and after photos and I can honestly say that I wouldn't recognize you. Everyone looks terrific! I have been kind of in a slump the past 8 weeks, but the good news is that I am maintaining the weight and have not gone above 172 for the past few weeks. That is a huge accomplishment for me, as this is the part in all my diets that causes me to revert back to my old habits and start piling the weight back on. So that is good for me.
Anyway here's the stats:

I actually have seen the 169 a few times in the past few days which means the scale is moving but that must be water weight. The 169 is a number that I truly didn't know existed on my scale! So I am glad to know it's there. I really need to kick it in gear and start exercising again. I stopped for the past few weeks because it wasn't making the scale move and I thought the break and subsequent return to exercising will jolt the scale. I'll let you know. I joined a gym but it hasn't opened yet, hopefully by June 15th. In the meantime I will just walk and maybe do exercise tapes at home.
