I'd like to see you make your goals more tangible and attainable, i.e.:
1. will call aetna today and find out what they require for tummy tuck/body lift
2. will call the salon and make an appointment for a hair cut and a highlight
3. Make appointment for a manicure and pedicure.
4. pack to go away on Friday
these are traceable, obtainable goals because i have written them out specifically.

Exercise:
I have a Kick-boxing class this morning. Then tonight I'll go back for my nutrition class and will run on the treadmill also.
I ate some icecream last night ... not a lot but it did make my tummy a bit nauseaus. I just went to bed so I slept through the pain! Ha, ha!
I'm totally stressed right now because my husband was in a car accident last week. He is okay but his truck was totaled (it's old) and the other gal's insurance assumed liability because she turned in front of him and he was going straight with a green light. Which is great ... except that the gal has retained an attorney and wants to take my husband to court. I'm just livid ... it was HER fault, why can't she just be responsible and pay up??? It has me all stressed out and I'm running around pulling my hairs out trying to help my husband get this all taken care of. Such a pain in the butt!!!
I have my Dexa Scan this afternoon. Oh joy!

What is stressing you out about the car accident, the fact that your husband is fine or the fact that you lost an old vehicle? In the grand scheme of life you've got yourself worried about small potatoes, things mean nothing, people mean everything. Write yourself a list of things to do and get as many done as you can....each thing one day at a time Dee you can do this. ANDI
