like me you seem to be an afternoon eater, what can we do about that, is that when we need to go for a walk or to the gym or what not? Exercise bands are these really cool work out rubber strings that provide resistence. ANDI

I think eating more protein would help. You dont have a lot in your menu and solid proteins keep you full longer. other than the tuna and some peanut butter you were on a strach and easily digestiable menu which I am sure left you hungry not long after you ate it. I am glad to see you posting and being honest and accountable for your actions can only help you make the hard but better choices.. Big hug...
