On Track Team
Good Monday morning all.. I hope everyones Mothers day was a success.. being it whether you are a mother or celebrating with your mom or both. It's time to get back on track, follow the rules and continue on our journey.. So lets get started.
Vitamins- done
Water- been doing better at this and will continue to get it done
Food-
B- protein shake 250 cals 35 pro
L- southbeach dinner 270 cals 22 pro
D- Chicken and veggies 300 cals 25 pro
S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
Total for day 920 cals and 84 protein
Exercise- pilates and working with trainer this morning.. tonight 40 on ellipitical and step areobics.
snacking- Tried to kill myself on saturday. I ate some ice cream and got gas so bad I thought I was gonna die.. I ended up on the floor for 4 hours trying to get it out.. I dont know why I do that to myself so... NO MORE ICE CREAM... it doesnt like me...

Vitamins and water: I'm on a new calcium supplement and I'm also trying to increase my water intake.
Food:
B--leftover slice of crustless quiche, 5 strawberries
S after gym--1/2 small banana with peanut butter
L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, 5 strawberries
S--3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with skim milk
D--leftover slice of crustless quiche, strawberries and blackberries
S--south beach cookies and sugar free pudding
Exercise:
Already went to the gym this morning and did 20 minutes on elliptical and then a 1 hour kickboxing aerobics class. I'll go back tonight for my nutrition class and then I'll run 2 miles.
Goal:
Realize that I don't need to stress over my food. My meal plan for today is just fine! My nutritionist told me eat more ... more calories, more carbs, and more protein. Well, I tried doing that one day last week and I ended up throwing up. So I'm just going to stick to my plan today and see how I feel. So far I feel great! I'm not going to stress over it!

It's you and me Deanna.. I think your eating plan is great.. i added a yogurt to mine already.. think I need to up my calories a bit just like you are doing.. I have been having a hard time with throwing up as well.. I think it's because I didnt increase the meals I was eating but trying to increase the amount I was eating.. just to much at one time.. so I think I will try and eat more often and not try to get so much in at one sitting..
I love that you post with me each day.. i look forward to seeing what you are doing.. I need to eat more like you do...

Goal: To work hard this week...to stay motivated...to lose the last 4 damn pounds!

I have found that walking in high heals is exercise for your legs...LOL my muscles are so tight in my legs and butt after wearing high heals even my husband made a comment... who knew!!!!!

I can't believe how well it works...LOL, I put a pic (not a great one) on my profile with me in those heals...LOL 3 ".....LOL I NEVER wear heals... but what a work out... You already have great legs with all your running... but if you do try some your going to laugh thinking of me when you feel it in your legs... my son told me not to fall off my Barbie shoes.....LOL
The stuffed tomatoes were made my this very good Greek restaurant that is by my shop... they stuff it with a mix of ground beef and lamb , onions, garlic and some rice (I picked apart the rice).. I have both a blessing and curse of being in the middle of a small greek village with the most amazing food...LOL

Fluids: 44 oz in and 16 oz on the horizon
B'fast: cabbage stir fry
Snack: Bag of animal crackers
Lunch: 1/2 of a ham, egg and cheese on a bagel, but i didn't eat the bagel part at all (does that make sense, i took it off the bagel and ate 1/2 the egg and cheese and all of the ham)
Snack: a cupcake **hurled all afternoon and now have raging diarrhea**
Dinner: 4 bites of a pork chop and the rest of my cabbage stir fry
perhaps it's time for me to start planning out my meals/snacks a bit better and not to wait so long. I had the stir fry at 6:30am, the animal crackers at 11:30 and the egg thingy at 3:00. I went too long without real food i was weak and made poor choices. FYI the cupcakes went into the garbage tonight.

I'm glad you are feeling better.. Man I feel you on that one.. I would have been right next to you if I would of tried to eat a cupcake..lol..yeah.. it might help to plan your day out a bit better so that doesnt happen again.. dumping is not a fun thing..
the rest of your day seemed ok so it was a very good attempt to be on track.. way to go.. lets try this again tommorrow.
WANRING: Do not read this post if you have a weak disposition!!! I don't want to give anyone a heart attack from shock (hee hee) OK here's my confession
B - slice toast with peanut butter

L - 1oz tuna with mayo with 1/2 Engllish muffin
S - bag of chips
S - fruit bar (semi ok)
S - bag of chips
S - ANOTHER bag of chips aaaaaaagggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh.........
S - large chocolate chip cookie
D - pasta & cheese (1/3 cup)
S - ANOTHER large cookie
These weren't all eaten together, but spread out. Why why why did I eat so much...grrrr. Well it's because I hadn't planned, so made bad choices..grr at me.
GOAL: Today is a new day. I AM going to make the right choices over my food and not just grab what is easy because I am busy.
