How About We Try This:
I'd like to take us out of our comfort zones for a bit. So For Today I Will/Won't:
* Apologize for things that are not my fault
* Eat properly and drink as i'm supposed
* I'm going to the gym, no excuses
* Get my manicure and pedicure because i deserve it

mmmmmmm an early night, what is that like? I bought myself those exercise bands, boy am i loving those things. You can feel the muscle burn almost immediately and you really notice a difference in your body quickly. My mom commented on how nicely defined my upper arms were, which was lovely to hear, although she did say the bottom of my arm looks like hers, bat wings, dang near made me sob! ANDI
yes, they play ooompa music and we strut through the house. They are resistence bands, sort of like a giant rubber band with handles on either end and they pull as you push so it works the muscle groups. They are actually relatively simple and easy to do and you notice results quickly which i like. Hugs, ANDI

Ended up having an extra late night!!!! I was up making invitations for Millie's birthday party. It is going to be a fairy party and hubbie had the brilliant idea of making fairies with the invites on the reverse. Yeh great, we all thought. Millie got all excited, then I end up being the one making them why am I surprised???
So there I am at 1am cutting gluing and crafting to my hearts content (?). Actually it was kinda therapeutic, btu didn't get to bed til 2am, then awake again at 5.30 for work...sigh...oh well it was worth it when Millie saw them this morning and was SO pleased with them
Coulnd't have done that a year ago - I was exhausted ALL the time Yay for WLS
* Let my co-worker bully me around. I am gonna insist she help me this week with the event coming up on Thrusday.
* not let ice cream win the battle. I know it tears up my tummy so why do i eat it.
* going to the gym tonight regardless if Jo goes or not.
*get some things at work done I have been putting off that need to be done.
*Not let my mind rule my thoughts today. I am the classic over thinker and sometimes my thinking head keeps me from acting on what I need to do.
1. did you give your co-worker clear parameters on what you expect her to do? I find it helpful to give my boss a work "rubrick" if you want me to email you one so you know what they look like i will.
2. How'd you do over the ice cream oh willpower'd one?
3. Did y ou get to the gym, i'm on target for going this afternoon when the kids are at school or i'm going tonight so i can take yoga!

I promise to behave just as soon as the cheetos bag is empty.
the gym.. hmm.. nope. not happening. not in this lifetime. sorry. nice thought, but nope.
manicure. I should have. but I gave myself one of those 'mutilations' and I cut everything off to the quick so that I did not have to deal for at least 2 months. so I am not in line for some pampering.
what I did for me? not much. I got up and made it to work by 7;30 am and I am still going strong and really should go down and make me a pot of coffee and take a break.
