Friday and the weekend is coming.. Hope everyone had a good week. Had a lot of surgiversaries this week.. This is our month.. grats all Vitamins- Opps gotta take them Water- working on it. been doing better the last two days Food B- protein shake 250 cal 35 pro L- stea**** with some cheese on it 350 cals 25 pro D- chicken and veggies 350 cals 30 pro S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro total 1050 cals and 92 protein exercise 40 on ellipitical and working out with my trainer. Goal- follow my plan. got a lot to do on my list today.. get it done. Fasting- no ice cream snacking- ate the last of the ice cream last night so now I have none.. i will not buy any more.. now maybe I can control the snacking problem at night..

Food: B--1 scrambled egg, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast, 4 strawberries S--sugar free hot cocoa made with skim milk L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, strawberries, a few Sun Chips S--South Beach protein bar D--turkey roll (a new recipe I'm trying) S--cupcake (I've been waiting for this! My daughter took some to her school in honor of her birthday tomorrow and there were extras! I'm not going to feel guilty about it either. I am allowed one stinking cupcake, right???) Exercise: Run at the gym tonight ... I'm aiming for 3-4 miles. Deanna
