Ruth, That is so sweet!! It has been hard and I'm still plowing through!! I look back a year ago and can say I needed to lose at least 130 pounds and now its ONLY 46---sounds so nice! And Ruth I have to tell you that you helped me so much..you were the first person that replyed to me when I first started on the board and you gave me allot of advice and help and confidence I needed to hang in there! I just love this board and wish I would have found this whne I first had my surgery,you have all been great,even through I didn't write much --I loved reading all your thoughts and comments and advise.. ya all!!
