On Track Team
It's hump day.. what a week I am having.. I actually left work so I didnt kill my co worker.. I forgot my phone so I had to come back 10 minutes later to find out she left as well.. she didnt even come in til 900am.. so she worked..(I use the term loosly) only 6 of her 10 hours. grrr..... So today is our big 6 month meeting and I am all dressed up and even going to TRY and figure out this makeup thing.. lol.. I am not girly girly as you can tell, but I am trying with this new body of mine.
So back to business.. lets all get on track.. many of you have strayed again.. ANDI.. and I want to see a post.. so lets get going..
Vitamins- done
Water- still need to up this more.. been to busy and forgetting to drink.
Food
B- protein shake 250 cals 35 pro
L- Left overs from lunch yesterday.. prime rib and lobster.. yummy 300 cals 30 pro
D- chicken BBQ kind and steamed veggies 300 cals 25 pro
S- pretzels.. 100 cals 2 pro
950 cals 92 protein
Exercise- Meeting trainer today and will be doing elliptical and treadmill.. I am up to a 12 minute mile now.. not to bad..
Goal- to survive the day with that grrr co-worker today without killing her.. she is really on my nerve..
Late night snacking.. I did ok last night.. I had thoughts of snacking but held myself accountable and said no.. I'm proud of myself for that.
Fasting- no ice cream... grrr..
