What a wonderful, beautiful day here in Cali it is.. Time to move or loose it.. eat right or flounder.. It's up to you.. Lets all stay on track... Vitamins- done Water- been slacking lately.. gonna go grab some.. ok back Food- B- protein drink 250 cals 35 pro S- banana 100 cals 2 pro L- dinner with coworkers ugh... meat of some kinds.. 300 cals 30 pro D- crockpot cheesy brocoli chicken.. Yummy.. 350 cals 25 pro S- pretzels 100 cals 2 pro 1100 cals and 94 protein Exercise- one hour step class.. 30 minutes treadmill.. 1 hour superset training. Goal- reflect on my past year.. what a great ride it has been.. Late night muchies.. did ok as I was at the gym so couldnt munch.. hehehehe.. Fasting food... no ice cream last night.. good girl..

Vitamins: Will do Water: Working on it Food: B: Starbucks, decaf, non-fat, sugar free...darn husband didn't make coffee so I had to! S: Grapefruit cup / banana L: Grilled Shrimp Salad S: Protein cereal bar D: No clue yet... Exercise: Yes, gym with trainer tonight. Goal: No snacking, get in all my water, move my butt and no wine! Late night munchies - I am proud today...I was at a friends house and resisted the urge to get a snack at McDonalds...I went home and had some low fat lunchmeat instead...yeah for me!

Food: B--1 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter, sugar free hot cocoa made with skim milk L--1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, strawberries S--south beach protein bar D--leftover lasagna made with ground turkey and whole wheat noodles, strawberries S--sugar free pudding and south beach cookies Exercise: Already went to the gym and did a brand new Spin class with new music. It was fun! I'm still flying high as a kite ... this new-found exercise high is pretty cool! I just feel like running laps around the neighborhood! Ha, ha! Goal: Think up some questions to ask my surgeon and dietician at my 1 year check-up tomorrow!!! Deanna
