It's saturday and going to the OH event.. lots of food will be there so I dont know what I will eat but I will try and stay with the rules. Vitamins. done Water- working on it Food B- protein shake L- no idea D- no idea S- pretzels Exercise- gonna be at the park. they have lots of activities plans so I will be moving all day.. Goal- to follow my rules and have a good day with all my cali friends. Snacking- did ok last night.. no extra snacking.. proud of myself for that.
