On Track Team
It's friday.. are we ready for the weekend. Need to stay on track.. I know its harder during the weekend cause we all get so busy and we do different things.
So lets get this started.
Vitamins- opps gonna go get them
Water- working on it.
Food-
B- protein drink 250 cals 35 pro
L- left over salad from last night yummy 250 cals 20 pro
D- not sure what I am cooking for dinner.. I may be going out but I will keep it protein first.
S- pretzels
Exercise- they have a spin class I would like to try and make it to this morning.. I dont always get there cause the van comes late to pick up bob.. Working out with trainner, elliptical, and pilates if i dont make the spin class.
Late night snacking... I didnt eat the ice cream last night so I am proud of myself for that.. What bugs me about the snacking is I do it even when I am not hungry.. thats what I did before and i dont want to get into that habit again.
Goal- stay on track and get this list of stuff done I need to do today.
JUST GOT HOME AND LEAVING FOR ORLANDO IN A FEW TRYING TO STAY ON TRACK WHILE EATING OUT sorry caps on.....LOLman you are doing so well, from not excercising to someone who could I bet train others..... soon you will be a personal trainer..... I bet you would be great at it!
