Help!!! I've been at a stall forever!!!!

I need your help! I have been at a stall for a while now. I need to get it going again! I am in my sisters wedding (maid of honor) at the end of JUNE! I want to lose 15 to 30 lbs. I have 58 days to do this. How can I do this? How can I get off this stall!!!

Carrie I know how you feel I have been on a stall going on a month now. Just bouncing up and down. If someone knows what to do please let me know. I have been adjusting the type of foods I have been eating and going back to the way we ate in the begining to see if this works. Sorry i counld be of more help. Lorraine

Go back to the basics.. I know there is a plateu buster diet out there. try that. good luck..

it has been my experience that to break a stall: Cut back meals to three a day. Lean Meats and Leafy green vegetables. discontinue slider food like soups and shakes. increase fluids to 100 oz a day. and exercise for 30 minutes to increase the metabolism.
