Sleeping problems???

I use the liquid golden vanilla flavored tylenol pm. The liquid is pretty well absorbed for us post op and it kicks in for me in about 15 minutes. I take two capfulls now, but I used to take 1. I have a lot of pain so the tylenol helps too. Rachael

Melotin works wonders...it's a natural herb thingy and helps you get to sleep but does not give you the "drugged up" feeling in the am.

Yep I use melatonin too. It helps regulate your seratonine which is the drug in your brain that regulates body patterns (including sleep). Well that's what I'm told anyway hee hee. All I know is that it works on when I can't sleep and works on sorting out jet lag too!!

what is sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I take PM's and the only thing that works for me is a xanax with a benidryl, then I sleep like a baby, but cant take anything during the week when I have to drive my son to school in the morning...
